Handy Triggers ("we," "our," or "the app") is a mobile application available on iOS and Android that allows you to trigger API requests and webhooks using text buttons or voice commands. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with the app. Our core principle is simple: we do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data. All processing happens on your device.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

Handy Triggers is designed to operate without collecting any user data. Specifically, we do not:

• Collect your triggers, webhook URLs, API endpoints, or payloads
• Collect voice recordings or transcriptions beyond what is needed momentarily on your device to run a trigger
• Collect device identifiers, advertising IDs, or analytics data
• Collect location data
• Collect usage patterns, crash reports, or diagnostic data (unless you explicitly opt in through your device or platform settings, which we do not control)

We have no servers that store your data. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs in the app. There is no "cloud" component of Handy Triggers—all configuration and execution happens locally on your phone.

3. Where Your Data Lives

All data you create in Handy Triggers—including trigger names, webhook URLs, request bodies, headers, and voice command settings—is stored only on your device. This storage uses the standard, sandboxed storage provided by the operating system (iOS or Android). We do not have access to this data. It is not synced to our servers because we do not operate servers for user data.

When you use a trigger, the app sends an HTTP request from your device directly to the URL you configured. That request goes from your device to the destination you chose (e.g., your own server, a third-party API). We do not intercept, log, or store these requests or their responses.

4. Voice and Microphone

If you use voice commands, the app may use your device's microphone and speech recognition capabilities. Processing of your voice input is done on your device (or via the operating system's built-in services, which are subject to Apple's or Google's respective privacy policies). We do not receive, record, or store your voice data. We do not transmit voice or audio to our own or third-party servers for processing.

5. Third-Party Services and Destinations

You may configure Handy Triggers to send requests to third-party URLs (e.g., IFTTT, Zapier, your own API). When a trigger fires, your device sends the request directly to that destination. Any data you include in the request is subject to the privacy practices of that third party. We are not responsible for how those services collect, use, or share data. 6. App Stores

Handy Triggers is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. When you download or update the app, the respective store may collect information (e.g., purchase or download records) according to its own policies. We do not receive or use that data for our own purposes. In-app purchases are not used—the app is free with no payments.

7. Children's Privacy

Handy Triggers does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Because we do not collect personal data, the app does not target or knowingly solicit children. If you believe a child has provided data through the app (e.g., by configuring a trigger that sends data to a service you control), that would be a matter of the destination service and your own configuration, not our collection.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Because we do not collect or store your data on our systems, there is nothing for us to retain or delete on our side. All data associated with Handy Triggers resides on your device. You can delete it at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing the app's data in your device settings. Once deleted from your device, it is not recoverable by us because we never had a copy.

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), you may have rights regarding personal data.
